Precision Robotic Arm With Full Redundancy

The robotic arm is the heart of the Robotic Coffee Kiosk. It handles every action from order to delivery. It picks up cups. It moves them under the grinder. It coordinates with the brewer. It delivers the finished cup to the serving window. The arm repeats the same motion thousands of times a day. The position error is less than 0.5 millimeters with each movement. We tested the arm over 100,000 cycles before production. It is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. The arm never gets tired. The first cup in the morning and the last cup at night are exactly the same. To ensure reliability, the dual grinder and brewer systems provide full redundancy. If one grinder needs maintenance, the other keeps working.

Cold Brew, Ice Maker, and Refrigerated Storage Built In

The Robotic Coffee Kiosk comes fully equipped for hot and cold drinks. It has two cold brew tanks. It has an ice maker that produces 40 kilograms of ice per day. It has a full refrigeration cabinet that stays at about 4 degrees Celsius. This keeps milk and ingredients fresh all day. In summer, customers order iced coffee and cold brew. In winter, they order hot lattes and cappuccinos. The kiosk handles both. It uses dual grinders and dual brewing systems. Each cup uses 16 grams of coffee powder. The extraction pressure is 9 to 16 bars. The kiosk cleans itself after every cup.

Complete Remote Management and Full Warranty

The product has a 16.5-inch touchscreen. Customers order and pay on the screen. It supports WeChat Pay and Alipay. It connects through 4G, WiFi, and RJ45. You check sales and inventory from your back-end dashboard. The system alerts you when supplies are low.
