21.5-Inch Ordering and Redemption Interface

The 21.5-inch touchscreen combines ordering, payment, redemption and new-user registration. During a promotional campaign, customers can access the purchase and redemption functions at the same coffee point rather than moving to a separate service desk.

X/Y Rail-Guided Cup Transfer

An X/Y rail-guided mechanism moves the cup through the dispensing process. During an unattended order, the machine manages cup positioning and transfer internally instead of requiring the customer to reposition a cup between preparation stages.

Multi-Layer Anti-Pinch Collection Door

The cup-retrieval door uses a (2+1) multi-layer anti-pinch structure. When a customer reaches into the collection opening, the layered protection addresses hand access at the point where the drink leaves the automated cabinet.

Two 18 L Water Bottles

The water supply uses two 18 L bottles of purified water. In a concession position without a dedicated mains-water connection, this bottled arrangement supplies the machine from within the cabinet and organizes replenishment around replaceable water containers.

BEKE prepares the mall machine from the operator's brand artwork and approved interface content. Factory configuration uses the standard cabinet and operating system, with the agreed appearance and screen presentation completed before shipment.

Food-contact containers and related components use PP or 304 stainless steel. BEKE controls these materials before assembly rather than treating the external cabinet finish as the measure of food-contact suitability.

Production inspection is followed by whole-machine hygiene and electrical-safety evaluation. The release process includes checks for food-material and pipeline residues inside the equipment.

Product serial-number registration establishes traceability for the delivered unit. The identifier is used to connect later service reports and spare-part requests to the installed configuration.

BEKE helps plan delivery access for the 340 kg cabinet, measuring 2,200 × 970 × 970 mm (H × W × D), including the lightbox. The installation specification is 220 V AC, 50 Hz, 16 A, with 3,000 W maximum power and a 5–40°C operating environment. Manuals, videos and commissioning guidance cover startup and operator training.

For a fault, the service team reviews the error message and photos or video. Software and parameter problems are addressed remotely; component faults are matched to replacement parts shipped with fitting guidance. Regional partners provide on-site repair in covered markets.

The standard international warranty is 12 months, excluding wearing parts. Covered non-user-caused failures receive parts and remote service without charge; overseas on-site fees follow the service agreement, and parts plus service are chargeable after warranty.
