The machine grinds beans, tamps the dose and extracts coffee through its integrated brewing unit at 9–13 bar. When drinks are ordered individually throughout the day, preparation is completed for the current order rather than drawn from a standing pot.

Controlled Recipe Parameters

Coffee-to-water ratio, extraction duration and brewing temperature are controlled within the preparation program. During repeat orders of the same recipe, these settings keep the main preparation variables tied to the selected drink instead of being adjusted by hand for every cup.

More Than 10 Beverage Choices

The model supports more than 10 drinks from its integrated beverage system. At a shared coffee point serving different preferences during the same break period, customers can select different recipes without changing machines or requiring an attendant to change equipment.

Defined Preparation and Daily Output

A typical cup takes approximately 90 seconds, and daily service capacity is 150–200 cups. During recurring break-time demand, the automated sequence completes each selected drink while the operating team replenishes supplies between the busier service periods.

Quality Control

PP and 304 stainless steel are selected for food-contact containers and related components. Incoming control separates these beverage-contact materials from the exterior finish and decorative elements.

The finished-machine quality process includes hygiene and electrical-safety assessment. Food-material and pipeline-residue checks are also part of BEKE's release process, addressing the internal circuits used during beverage preparation.

Serial-number registration provides traceability for the delivered unit. Later component requests are matched to the machine record instead of relying on the cabinet's external appearance.

Installation & After-Sales Support

BEKE provides installation instructions, operation videos and remote commissioning guidance. The local team is guided through the power and fluid connections, first-drink setup and routine care, followed by practical training in replenishing ingredients and removing used coffee grounds.

Fault diagnosis begins with the displayed message and a video of the interrupted operation. Technicians correct software or parameter issues remotely, identify mechanical and electrical faults and supply the matching spare parts with fitting instructions.

The standard international warranty runs for 12 months, excluding wearing parts. Covered non-user-caused failures receive parts and remote service without charge; overseas on-site fees follow the agreement, and paid repair support remains available after warranty.
