The BEKE Smart Coffee Vending Machine with Ice Maker is an automated beverage vending unit with integrated ice production. It serves commercial beverage points in shopping centers, office buildings and transit facilities that offer chilled drinks alongside a hot-coffee menu.

Integrated Ice Making
The built-in ice maker produces ice within the vending system. During iced-drink service, the machine completes the cold-beverage process without an attendant collecting ice from a separate counter appliance and adding it by hand.
Controlled Hot and Cold Preparation
The temperature-control system manages hot and chilled beverage preparation. When successive customers choose different serving temperatures, the machine applies the corresponding preparation process to each order.
Taste Adjustment at the Touchscreen
Taste options are available through the customer touchscreen. When two customers choose the same drink with different preferences, their selections enter the automated preparation flow without an attendant taking a separate verbal instruction.
QR-Code Checkout
Scan-to-pay keeps payment at the machine. At an unattended selling point, customers complete their purchase without a separate cash desk or a site employee processing the transaction.

Quality Control
BEKE controls material selection for ingredient containers and beverage-contact components. Applicable parts use food-contact PP or 304 stainless steel.
Electrical-safety assessment is carried out on the assembled equipment. Leakage risks are included in the verification of the powered beverage unit.
Hygiene checks address food-ingredient residues and deposits in internal beverage pipelines. The BEKE coffee-machine range has undergone testing by the Shanghai Institute of Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology.
Installation & After-Sales Support
Our installation team helps establish the machine position, utility connections and access for commissioning. Engineering partners coordinate the setup, and multilingual manuals plus online instruction guide operators through startup and the operating interface. Training includes normal machine use and basic fault recognition so the site team can describe a problem accurately when contacting support.
For an ice-making or dispensing problem, send the machine identification, a description of the fault and supporting photos or video. Our technicians guide remote checks, identify any required component and provide replacement-part fitting instructions. Local service is coordinated within the supported service network. The machine has a 12-month warranty excluding wear parts; covered faults receive parts and remote technical assistance without charge, with overseas on-site fees governed by the service agreement.
