The grinder and brewing unit operate with a extraction-pressure range of 9–13 bar. During repeated coffee orders, the machine controls the preparation process instead of depending on manual tamping and hand-operated extraction at a staffed counter.

Remote Content and Price Updates

The SaaS platform supports remote advertising, poster and price changes. When a promotion starts across several buildings, operators can update the installed machines without visiting every screen to load replacement media or revise prices locally.

Defined Daily Service Output

The preparation cycle is approximately 90 seconds per cup, with daily capacity of 150–200 cups. At coffee points used during morning arrival, lunch and afternoon breaks, the machine serves repeated demand periods through the same automatic preparation sequence.

Quality Control

PP and 304 stainless steel are used for food-contact components. Material control addresses the ingredient-contact parts separately from the display housing and exterior decorative surfaces.

The assembled machine is covered by BEKE's production-inspection and finished-product evaluation process, including hygiene and electrical-safety assessment. The quality program also checks for food and pipeline residues before release.

The supplied unit is registered by serial number for subsequent technical support. This links the installed machine to its service history and assists identification of matching replacement components.

Installation & After-Sales Support

Installation support includes operating documentation, maintenance instructions and online training. BEKE guides the local team through connection, commissioning and a first-drink demonstration, then shows staff how to replenish ingredients and perform routine care without dismantling the display assembly.

A screen fault, operating error or interrupted drink cycle is reported with the displayed error and a short video. The service team diagnoses settings and software remotely, identifies hardware faults from the evidence and provides replacement-part guidance when a component must be changed.

The standard international warranty runs for 12 months and excludes wearing parts. Covered non-user-caused failures receive replacement parts and remote service without charge; on-site service charges follow the agreement, with paid repair support continuing after warranty.
